1. Assist the foreign trade sales department in preparing relevant contracts and other documents during the order execution process;
2. Be responsible for timely and accurate communication with other departments of the company on order requirements to ensure smooth implementation of orders;
3. Timely follow up and update the execution of orders to customers;
4. After contract execution, sort out and archive all data during order execution
5. Assist the superior leaders to actively complete other tasks and organize the implementation;
